With over 400 different cheeses, our selection is made up of cheeses matured all year round, as well as smaller, less regular seasonal productions that we invite you to discover each time you visit.

We also specialise in speciality cheeses and cheese creations that have become the company's signature cheeses over the years.
Here you'll find generously garnished Bries de Meaux: fresh truffles, roasted hazelnuts, pistachios and Kampot pepper enhance the cheese for even more gourmet pleasure. The Petit Charolais, meanwhile, takes on a more assertive air: first marinated in Nikka whisky, it is then dried and smoked with beechwood - the result is round and balanced, with lovely smoky and peaty notes.
But also blends of flavours. Like our Fig and Walnut Fourme, a house speciality where the sweetness of figs and walnuts come together in the heart of a well-aged Fourme d'Ambert. Or our 'Mendiant' Camembert, matured all the way through, where dried fruit, dark chocolate, fig jam and dried apricots are the perfect accompaniment.
And don't forget the sweetness of our homemade Fontainebleaux. A cheese tradition also revisited with fruit, chestnuts, or even a chocolate Viennese version....
